The coordination of the simultaneous installation of over a dozen sites nationwide required a holistic approach that including consideration of rebate program requirements, compliance with multiple authorities having jurisdiction as well as rapid execution at active, high-volume car rental facilities, including DIA and LAX.

The assets consisted of SolarOne panels, custom racking (rooftop, ground and carport) and a nationwide monitoring solution that included kiosks in many facilities aimed to publicly demonstrate the client’s commitment to powering its facilities with solar power. Hertz is truly a fore-runner in adoption of clean technologies.
